Tóm tắt
Based on spectroscopic evidence and their physical properties, the chemical structures were thirty-four compounds, including eleven mononuclear phenolic acids, four depsides, ten depsidones, two diphenyl ethers, three dibenzofurans, and four compounds of other types. The latter seven compounds appeared to be new and among twenty-seven known compounds from the genus Parmotrema and Usnea. Among these known compounds, two compounds were for the first time known in the Usnea genus and a compound was in the Parmotrema tinctorum. Perhaps due to the climatic conditions and living environment of the lichen P. tinctorum in Laos, the lichen has biosynthesized new compounds that have not been found in previous studies on this lichen species in Vietnam. These results pointed out that the Vietnamese and Lao lichens could be new sources of bioactive compounds with novel skeletons.
